My husband has limited mobility. The staff were very good too meet all his needs! nightjar's nest, our easy-access room, included comfortable beds and a large wet room. we enjoyed tasty meals, served by cute staff. the hotel has a bright atmosphere with original features. High quality is visible throughout.
The hot water was off for a week. That affected our stay! i found it impossible to find out who owns the hotel now, nor to speak to a senior manager. this was dissapointing though the staff were trying their best. It seemed like a neglected experience.
